USPS has recently made changes to their transit times. Please review the updated delivery estimates below before placing your order.

📨 Updated Delivery Time Expectations

USPS Ground Advantage:
Estimated delivery is now 7–14 business days. Please be aware that the estimated delivery date shown in USPS tracking may not accurately reflect the actual transit time. Packages may arrive sooner or later than initially indicated. Please plan accordingly or consider upgrading to Priority Mail at checkout.

USPS Priority Mail:
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days for most U.S. addresses.

Important: These are estimated transit times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit times begin once your package has been accepted by USPS and do not include our order processing time.

If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend choosing USPS Priority Mail at checkout, especially for time-sensitive events. Please allow sufficient time for both order processing and shipping.

**Please be aware that new customs and import procedures are causing some additional delays with incoming shipments. We are working closely with our produc/tion partners to move everything through as quickly as possible and will continue updating this page as new information becomes available. **

All shipping timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Production, transit, and customs can sometimes move faster or take longer than expected. Kawaii Friends Collection (DELAYED):
Release: 6/10/2026 | Est. Ship: Mid to Late August
Update 8/4/26: Delayed End of September
Update 9/28/26: Production has completed but shipment delayed till second week of October.  New expected ship date is 10/16/26
Update 10/16/26: In transit to us. These will ship priority as soon as they are received.
Update 10/23/26: Shipped

Holly & Ivy in Cranberry:
Release: 7/15/2026 | Est. Ship: Mid-October.
Update 10/7/26: Production is complete. Expected to ship to us by 10/15.  Please email us if you need your items expedited.
Update 10/19/26: The dresses have been received and are processing to ship by the end of the week. Please allow 7-14 days once the dress has shipped to arrive unless you have upgraded to priority.
