RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We hope that you love your purchase.

Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please order carefully, as no changes or cancellations are allowed after your order is placed, and size charts are always provided. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or missed events due to production or shipping timelines.

We do have an active Facebook BST (Buy/Sell/Trade) group where you may resell new or preowned Three by the Sea Clothing items. Please review the group rules before posting:

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We allow returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only, and they must be reported within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Eligible items will be exchanged if a replacement is available. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued once the item is inspected and approved.

Please email info.threebytheseaclothing@gmail.com before returning an item so that we can assess eligibility. Always include the purchaser’s full name, order number, and clear photos showing the issue (defect, damage, or wrong item).

Once your return is approved, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected to confirm eligibility.


PREORDERS & SHIPPING ESTIMATES

All preorder production and shipping timelines are estimates only and may change due to factors beyond our control, including material delays, customs inspections, holidays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We make every effort to ship as quickly as possible once production is complete, but no specific delivery dates are guaranteed. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


REFUNDS

Once a return for an approved item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment within 7 business days.
