ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
READY TO SHIP ITEMS
Ready to ship products will be shipped within 7 business days, unless your order contains a preordered item. Orders that include both ready to ship and preorder items will ship together when all items are ready. For this reason, we recommend placing separate orders for ready to ship items if you would like them to arrive sooner.
PREORDERS
Preordered products will always list an estimated production timeframe in the product description. This production estimate refers to the time required for manufacturing and does not include shipping or transit time.
All preorder and shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including production delays, customs inspections, holidays, weather events, or courier disruptions. We make every effort to ship as quickly as possible once production is complete, but no specific delivery dates are guaranteed.
Please allow up to 14 business days beyond the listed production estimate before contacting us about your order status.
SHOPIFY COLLECTIVE ITEMS
Shopify Collective products ship from separate partner locations and follow their own processing and delivery schedules. Please review each product description carefully for fulfillment details.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you require special accommodations or need an item by a particular date, please email info.threebytheseaclothing@gmail.com before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, we will always do our best to meet your needs.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
We’re pleased to offer free shipping insurance up to $200 for purchases made directly from our shop.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, and it qualifies under our insurance coverage, we will either replace the item or refund your purchase (up to $200).
To file a claim, please email info.threebytheseaclothing@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and photos of the damaged packaging and contents.

Do not discard the packaging or damaged items until the claim has been fully processed.

Failure to retain and photograph the damaged property and packaging may result in denial of your claim.

Customers are responsible for completing their portion of the claim process as instructed.

Refunds for approved claims may take up to 30 days to process after claim documents are received.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages caused by the postal carrier or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Confirmation: Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund the order. Please contact your local post office for assistance in locating delivered packages.

International Orders (if applicable): Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred by their country.
