Change to the neck closure design not pictured. This new 2025 version will feature a small flat button inside the shirt to prevent getting caught in hair while still providing the opening to fit over the head with no fuss and minimal change to the appearance. The older version (shown) has an external button which can get caught in loose hair and we have revised it according to feedback from our customers.
